ZH-ISTMED develops and installs remote patient monitoring and connected health solutions. They link patients at home with healthcare professionals through connected medical devices (IoMT).
Remote patient monitoring
Remote follow-up of patients with chronic conditions, after a hospital stay or during home isolation (for example in a pandemic follow-up program).

Our solutions rely on three types of digital records. Each has its own role: here is how to tell them apart.
Personal health record (PHR)
It belongs to you and you are in control: you choose what goes into it and who can access it.
Electronic medical record (EMR)
Held and managed by a clinic or hospital. It contains consultation notes, test results and billing information.
Electronic health record (EHR)
Shared between several facilities and professionals to coordinate a patient's care.
